What will my diet look like during the Conscious Cleanse?
Get ready to eat the best food of your life. The Conscious Cleanse is a whole food based program. You will eat foods that have not been altered from their original state. This cleanse is suitable for the meat eaters, the vegans and the raw foodies. Foods like fruits and vegetables, salads, nuts, seeds, sprouts and beans. You will also have the option of eating lean, organic grass fed meats, fish, and non-gluten grains like brown rice and buckwheat. YAYE will provide a 2 week cleanse-approved menu to take the thinking out of cleansing and let your body do its thing.
