While our BBQ Lentil Meatballs w/ Spaghetti Squash may not resemble yo mom's traditional spaghetti w/ meatballs, they do contain more protein, minerals and vitamins – so when that one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted comes along, you can capture it. 😉

Heating Instructions

Heat spaghetti squash + veggies in lightly oiled pan for 3-5 min, then transfer to bowl. In same pan, heat ½  TSP of oil, add “meatballs” + sauté evenly for 3-5 mins. Once hot, toss with BBQ sauce + enjoy over spaghetti squash.
