Possibly the healthiest “junk food” in the world, this veggie fajita bowl gives you all the flavors + creaminess you crave without the harmful side effects. In fact, our cashew crema + veggie “queso” work to reduce bloating in your body rather than cause it, unlike their dairy counterparts.

Heating Instructions

Place black beans, Spanish rice + calabacitas in a pan over med. heat. Cook for 3-4 mins, then transfer to a bowl. In same pan, heat up “queso” until hot (1-3 mins), stirring frequently. Add to bowl and top with pico de gallo, cashew crema + cilantro. Enjoy!
