Abundant in vitamin-rich cauliflower + asparagus, this dish supports a strong immune system while also providing you with high quality protein from the hearty chickpea pasta. Compared to the 75+ grams of saturated fat (~6x the rec. daily intake) from the heavy cream, butter + processed cheese used in traditional Alfredo, ours has little-to-no saturated fat, as the creaminess comes from organic cauliflower, coconut milk + nutritional yeast – for a nice cheesy flavor. Heat Cauliflower Alfredo in a pan on med. heat for 3-5 mins stirring frequently. Once hot, plate, garnish w/ Hemp “Parmesan” + enjoy!
