Abundant in vitamin-rich cauliflower + asparagus, this dish supports a strong immune system while also providing you with high quality protein from the hearty chickpea pasta. Compared to the 75+ grams of saturated fat (~6x the rec. daily intake) from the heavy cream, butter + processed cheese used in traditional Alfredo, ours has little-to-no saturated fat, as the creaminess comes from organic cauliflower, coconut milk + nutritional yeast – for a nice cheesy flavor. Who said creating a rich + creamy alfredo entirely from plants was impossible?

Heating Instructions

Heat Cauliflower Alfredo in a pan on med. heat for 3-5 mins stirring frequently. Once hot, plate, garnish w/ Hemp “Parmesan” + enjoy!

Ingredients

ALFREDO SAUCE: cauliflower, potato, coconut milk, garlic, onion, nutritional yeast, lemon. TURMERIC PENNE PASTA: quinoa flour, rice flour, turmeric.. VEGGIES: rainbow chard, tomato, roasted asparagus. ROASTED MUSHROOM: white wine, garlic, herbs, extra virgin olive oil. HEMP “PARMESAN”: toasted hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, garlic, nutritional yeast, avocado oil, herbs, pink himalayan salt.
