Eat Like You Give A Pho
Knowledge Drop | When did pho originate in Vietnam?
Originating in Vietnam in the early 20th century, pho is a noodle + veggie-filled broth infused with healing herbs. Our lemongrass broth is made in-house and will flood your body with antioxidant-rich spices including cardamom, coriander + ginger. Our house-made sriracha is free of preservatives, because unlike many manufactured food companies, we give a pho!
In a saucepan, bring veggie broth to a boil. In a bowl, pour hot broth over noodles + garnishes. Add sriracha to taste + enjoy!
