Turmeric! Dating back over 4000 years, turmeric is one of the most nutrient-rich medicinal spices in the world. The yellow root is known to help reduce inflammation + prevent disease by providing your body with a plethora of powerful antioxidants, which are crucial for reducing oxidative damage to your cells – and keeping you looking young and radiant (like Gwen). BTW – Did you know Gwen Stefani lives a plant-based lifestyle? She became a vegetarian at age 12 (similar to our founder, Krissy) and eats a mostly vegan diet nowadays. Just sayin'... Gwen's 51 but could pass for 31. 

Heating Instructions

Heat rice + 1 TBSP of water over med. heat for 2-3 min. Transfer to a bowl and add 1 TSP of oil + roasted cauliflower to pan. Sauté for 2-3 min, then add Chana Masala + bring to simmer. Serve + enjoy!


CHANA MASALA: chickpeas, tomato, jalapeño, onion, garlic, ginger, parsnip, garam masala, turmeric, coriander, lemongrass, thai chile pepper, cumin, maple syrup, cayenne, coconut milk. RICE: jasmine rice, coriander, turmeric, cumin. ROASTED CAULIFLOWER: cauliflower, coconut oil, pink himalayan salt.
