Beets are high in nitrates, which may help lower blood pressure for people with hypertension and also help improve blood flow! Beets also contain cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), which helps arteries relax, thus increasing blood flow to you know where... So, enjoy your dinner and then have yourself a lil' spring fling (if ya know what we mean). 😉

Heating Instructions

Combine quinoa + coconut cream in pan and heat over medium until hot. Plate, then heat the glazed golden beets + 1 TBSP of water until hot. Plate with quinoa and top with fresh greens + cashew almond crumble. Enjoy!
