Most people in the world are lactose intolerant, but that doesn't stop the dairy industry from marketing their products as "healthy." The statistic may be startling because most of us were raised to believe cows' milk is good for us. However, it's designed by nature to be solely consumed by baby cows. Think about it... humans are the only species on earth that consume the milk of another animal. We're also the only mammals that drink milk past infancy and throughout our adult lives — doesn't make much sense, does it?

It's time we make dairy alternatives more available to all, starting with simple replacements like our dairy-free whipped coconut butter. A diet free of dairy can be just as (if not more) fulfilling, creamy + decadent as one filled with dairy. So, it's time to cut out dairy for the betterment of our health + the planet.
