Heating Instructions

Heat soup in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, transfer to a bowl; top with GF Croutons + Hemp “Parmesan.” Enjoy w/ side salad.


SOUP: tomato, onion, garlic, celery, parsnip, sweet potato, chickpeas, coconut milk, basil, chile flake, red wine vinegar, nutritional yeast. CROUTONS: chia seed, flax seed, hemp seeds, buckwheat flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, pink himalayan salt, extra virgin olive oil, raw honey. SALAD: local mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, red onion.
