Heating Instructions

Heat 1 TBSP of water + rice over med. heat for 1-2 mins, then transfer to a bowl. In same pan, sauté ½ TSP of oil + cauliflower, just until brown (2-3 mins). Transfer to bowl w/ rice. Add Lentil Dal to pan + simmer for 1-2min. Pour over rice + cauliflower. Enjoy!


LENTIL DAL: red lentils, green lentils, onion, garlic, ginger, jalapeño, garam masala, red curry, turmeric, coriander, cumin, tomato, red pepper, coconut sugar. RICE: jasmine rice, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, coconut oil. TURMERIC CAULIFLOWER: cauliflower, turmeric, coconut oil, pink himalayan salt.
