Paired with cauliflower mashed potatoes, this meal provides you with all 9 essential amino acids – from the potatoes – which are known as the building blocks of life.

Heating Instructions

Sauté green beans over med. heat for 2-3 min, then transfer to plate. In the same pan, heat 1 TSP of oil + cauli mash, stirring frequently for 3-5 min. Transfer to plate + heat bourguignon until hot (3-5 min). Plate + enjoy!
