Knowledge Drop | Unlike most store-bought ketchup, ours is made entirely with organic veggies and has no artificial flavors, additives or preservatives.

Conventional ketchups are made with tomato concentrate and high fructose corn syrup (yuck). Our organic ketchup is made from fresh tomatoes, which contains a crucial nutrient called Lycopene - known to help prevent and heal cell damage + lower cancer and heart disease risk. Organic ketchup has also shown in recent research to have DOUBLE the antioxidants than regular ketchup! So when it comes down to having to choose between the fresh stuff or the unhealthy classics, well then, you’ll know just want to do ;)

Heating Instructions

Bake veggies + potatoes at 350°F for 5-7 min. Toss veggies with balsamic glaze + garnish with basil. Serve with spicy ketchup. We suggest using skewers if you can!


POTATO WEDGES: paprika, garlic, onion, potato. KETCHUP: tomato, onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, coconut sugar, coriander, chili powder. GRILLED VEGGIES: zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, eggplant, mushroom. BALSAMIC GLAZED: balsamic, coconut aminos, lemon, thyme, honey.
