Knowledge Drop | Unlike conventional fried falafels, we bake ours.
Typically deep-fried in toxic seed-based oils such as canola or vegetable oil, falafels are most often harmful for your body despite their nutritious ingredients. Studies show that frequent consumption of fried foods may lead to type 2 diabetes + heart disease, which is why we bake our falafels, bringing out the amazing flavors, while preserving their powerful nutrients + making them crazy good.
Heating InstructionsPlace falafels and ½ tbsp of water in pan and cover to steam for 2-3 mins on each side. Add caulirice to same pan and heat for 1-2 min + plate. We recommend building lettuce wraps w/ all the Mediterranean goodness.

PICKLED ONION: onion, apple cider vinegar, coconut sugar, beet, pink himalayan salt. CRUDITÉ: romaine, carrot, cucumber, radish, bell peppers. GREEN TAHINI DRESSING: ginger, tahini, parsley, lemon, garlic, spinach, chives, extra virgin olive oil.
